Like most lead generation systems, we provide the basics: numbers of homes viewed, saved searches, favorites and automatic property updates. Although this a good starting point for engaging with prospects, it’s simply not enough.

Leads Manager Page: This features a complete list of your leads, keeping your opportunities organized. Intelligently engage prospective consumers and close more deals. Agentology Leads Provides you everything you need to do your job. No more bouncing back and forth between your CRM and the MLS. We pull all the information you need to do your job.
Lead Scoring: This feature is a scoring system for positive actions like opening emails, clicking links, viewing/favoring listings, contacting the agent, logging in, etc. Some of these actions are a higher value than others. For example, opening an email provides a small boost and clicking a link provides a bigger boost.
This feature also has negative scoring for unsubscribing or marking emails as spam. Marking an email as spam is a large negative decrease in score.
It also uses a decay algorithm so each of the scores is worth less over time. Actions that occurred in the last month are scored highest to the original value and the scores fall off as those activities pass the 1-month threshold, but never quite reaching zero.
The scores update in real time and are calculated on the fly making it easy to make minor tweaks to the system without having to manually re-calculate everything.
Return Visitor Rate: This feature indicates your return visitor rate for your site.
Lead Details Page: When you click on the name of a lead, you will be taken to the consumer's file.
Lead Status Bar: Within the consumer's file, easily stay on track with the progress of your outreach. Simply click on "New, Engaged, Active, Pending, or Sold" to update the lead status bar.
Direct Email: Within the backend of your site, you can email your consumer directly from this page by selecting the email icon on the top right of your screen. The system also captures conversation within the CRM - When you email your client and when they REPLY, you will see the entire conversation.
Scheduling a Follow-Up: The Follow-Up Date feature allows you to stay on task & get reminded to follow-up with your prospective consumer.
Notes: The section is designed for you to add the proper notes for your consumer's file to stay up-to-date on your progress with the consumer.
Activity History: Easily view lead activity history... you will be able to review your previously sent morning insight reports, saved searches, views, and favorites here!
Integrated Email and Call Tracking: No more keeping manually notating that you have made a call or sent an email. With Integrated Email and Call Tracking staying on top of your communication has never been easier. When you make a call (or text) from the system or from a lead, the Agentology Leads tracks the call, annotates it in the CRM and when the call is complete you can add notes which will be auto-record in the client record within the CRM.
Create Contact: We understand your consumer base is going to continue to grow! Simply add your new contacts to your portal and enjoy these features with added contacts in addition to your Agentology Leads.

Multilingual Feature: Did you know? Your Agentology site comes with a multilingual setting and you have the option to select your desired language. Scroll to the very bottom of your site and click the drop-down menu to select your desired language.
