Here at Agentology, our ISA team will perform a live transfer when they have a qualified lead on the phone that is wanting to speak with you right away. Our team will then place the lead on hold, and give you a call to see if you are available for us to merge the call. If not, we will explain to the lead that you are currently in an appointment, and will ask the lead when would they prefer for you to reach back out.
