As you might have already noticed, we made a few updates to the dashboard. Below is what we changed:

My Leads
In the left hand menu, we moved Pending Qualification and Unqualified  from the "My Referrals" section to the "My Leads" section & added a Qualified option.

PENDING QUALIFICATION: Leads we are still trying to reach.
QUALIFIED: Leads we have already qualified and converted on your behalf. You are notified immediately via SMS and email whenever a lead is added here. UNQUALIFIED: Leads we've engaged or attempted to reach and determined are not ready to connect with an agent. 

Now you have full visibility into our attempts to engage each lead, and you're able to view the actual SMS conversation between them in real-time.

Everything can be found in the "History" section within the lead's profile:
