Agentology has just released a new feature called  End Conversation.

Agents will now have more control over leads that are in "pending qualification". Agents now have the choice to stop Agentology's engagement with those leads.  

The way to use this new feature is very simple. 

  1. Once logged in to the Agentology App, you will notice that under "pending qualification",  there will be a new link in the bottom right hand corner that says: "End Conversation".

  2. After clicking on "End Conversation", you will see a new pop-up window that gives you two options to choose from:
