Let's set you up!

All you need to do, is get your unique Agentology email from your dashboard and add that email address into the notification settings within the lead source you are wanting to connect with Agentology. 

Please follow the following instructions: 

When you log in to your Trulia account, hover over your profile icon on the top right. You'll see a menu drop down where you can select Manage Profile. Select this.  

 

 

Once you are on your profile page, at the top there will be a Settings button underneath the navigation bar. Click on that button. 

 

 

After you have been redirected to the settings page, the page will have a section that says Trulia Email & Facebook Connect. On the right hand side, you'll see a small plus [+] icon. Click on that to expand this field area. 

Here, you can add in your AgentASSIST email in the New Trulia email address field. Once you have successfully added your email, Trulia will send the email to your AgentASSIST email. AgentASSIST will confirm your email on your behalf.

Note: Your AgentASSIST email is case-sensitive, meaning upper/lowercase characters matter.

After your email has been successfully confirmed, please refresh your page to ensure that your AgentASSIST email was properly confirmed. It should say Email confirmed on the right side of the email. Once you have confirmed this, select your AgentASSIST email to be the email to receive leads ONLY. After you have selected it to receive leads on, select Update Preferences to save your changes. 

 

 

You have completed the necessary steps to have your leads seamlessly integrated into our AgentASSIST platform. 

If you are using a different version of Trulia:

It appears that you have had some difficulties changing your email settings for your Trulia account with our other tutorial. Here we will outline an alternative tutorial for your convenience.

1. Login into your Trulia account.

 

2. Go to your Account Settings here

 

3. Here you'll see a section labelled Trulia Email and Facebook Connect. You'll want to expand this section by clicking on the [+] icon on the right. 

4. You can add in your AgentASSIST email in the New Trulia email address field. Once you have successfully added your email, Trulia will send the email to your AgentASSIST email. AgentASSIST will confirm your email on your behalf.

 

 

5. After your email has been successfully confirmed, please refresh your page to ensure that your AgentASSIST email was properly confirmed. It should say Email confirmed on the right side of the email.

Once you have confirmed this, select your AgentASSIST email to be the email to receive leads ONLY. After you have selected it to receive leads on, select Update Preferences to save your changes.

 
Once you have completed these steps, you're good to go. 

Let’s test it out!

Once you have added your Agentology email to your source please test it out by going to where your leads are being captured and submit an inquiry. Please use your name as the leads name, and that way we will know that it is a test lead. 

You will know that everything is working properly once you see that test lead within your dashboard.
