Let's get set up!

All you'll need to do is retrieve your custom Agentology email address from your Client Success Advisor, and add that email into the notification settings of your lead source. 

Please follow the detailed instructions: 

NOTE: To set up your Agentology email for Dakno IDX, you will need to have administrator privileges for your Dakno site.

1. Go to your Send Lead Notifications in your Form Manager (Interaction > Contact & Forms > Form Manager)

In the field "Send lead notifications to", please input your custom Agentology email.

Note: If there already exists an email in that field, you can add our Agentology email with a comma with no spaces between each email. For example: 

john@example.com, yourname@agentology.com
 

2. Lead Information Fields

To ensure that the proper information is sent, we recommend that you mark all the fields as shown below, in the Fields to Send to Admin/Staff section. These changes will also be made on the Form Manager.

Once you have complete these steps, you're good to go. 

Let’s test it out!

Once you have added the Agentology email to your source, feel free to test it out by submitting a lead through your website/landing page. Please use your first and last name, so that we can know that it's a test lead. 

If you see your test lead appear in your Agentology dashboard, that would indicate that the lead has entered our system successfully!
