To get started, all you need is your unique Agentology email and then add that email address as a forwarding rule within your Outlook account.

To create this forwarding rule, please see below for the following instructions:

  1. Login to your Outlook account!

   
 2.  Click on the Settings Wheel in the top right hand corner and select "Options" below.


3. Select "Shortcuts" in the top left hand corner and "Create inbox rule".


4. Add a new rule by pressing the "+" symbol. 


5. Name your rule, and select the first condition you would like to use:
"It was sent or received" > "Received from..."

6. Enter the From: address of where your leads are sent from ie: noreply@kunversion.com, no-reply@leads.premieragent.com, etc.

          Select: "Use this address" and click "OK" to save the selection

7. If the leads come in with a specific Subject line, select "Add Condition".


8. Under the dropdown select "It includes these words" > "in the subject..."


9. Enter the Subject and press the "+" symbol to add.
ie: New Lead, New Seller Lead, etc

10. Press "OK" to save the selection.

11. Under "Do all of the following" select "Forward, redirect, or send" > "Forward the message to..."


12. Enter your Custom Agentology email here.

          Select: "Use this address" and click "OK" to save the selection

13. Check that all of your selections are in place properly and press "OK" to save!

14. You will be able to overview your new rule and ensure that the rule is on under "Inbox Rules"

Once you have completed these steps, you're good to go. 

Let’s test it out!

Once you have added your Agentology please test it out by going to where your leads are being captured and submit an inquiry. Please use your name as the leads name, and that way we will know that it is a test lead. 

You will know that everything is working properly once you see that test lead within your dashboard.
