Let's get set up!

All you'll need to do is retrieve your custom Agentology email address from your Client Success Advisor, and add that email into the notification settings of your lead source.

Please follow the detailed instructions:

  1. Login into your Boomtown account.

2. At the top right hand corner, select the My Profile section of your drop down menu.

3. Scroll down to the Personal Info section. In the "Additional Emails" field, add your custom Agentology email.

Note: For multiple emails, separate with a comma. For example:

johndoe@mail.com, yourname@agentology.com

4. After you have added your Agentology email, remember to save by clicking the "Update Profile" button.

Once you have completed these steps, you're good to go.

Let’s test it out!

Once you have added your Agentology email to your source please test it out by going to where your leads are being captured and submit an inquiry. Please use your name as the leads name, and that way we will know that it is a test lead.

You will know that everything is working properly once you see that test lead within your dashboard.
